Our cozy wool hats are hand-made by Tibetans in Nepal from the finest New Zealand sheep wool.

About the women who make hand-make them.

These wool items are made in Nepal of New Zealand wool. They are made by women who live up to 10,000 ft high in the mountains.

It is a cottage industry where the women get fed and housed for free. Some of them also receive education.

This is an original design, made of natural fibers, using traditional techniques. This hand-made item was created and imported under Fair Trade conditions. Your purchase directly helps support the livelihoods of arisans, craftspeople and their families in remote villages as well as in urban settings.
